Sadie Lourenco, RMT

Sadie Lourenco, RMT

Sadie graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. Her interest in human anatomy and physiology lead her to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist. She believes that a strong understanding of the human body, paired with clear client/therapist communication, are key components in providing competent, patient-centered care.

She has personally witnessed the benefits of massage therapy in the promotion of healing, improvement of mobility, reduction of pain and muscle tension and the decrease of anxiety and stress. Whether it be an injury, an illness, a temporary setback or a chronic condition, massage has the ability to provide some needed relief and ultimately increase the quality of life.

Sadie has been a dancer all her life. From ballet to jazz to tap, she is no stranger to the particular injuries and physical challenges of an athlete in training. Since starting her career in Massage Therapy, she has had the opportunity to work with an abundance of athletes both in the clinical setting and on the sidelines at sporting events.

Sadie has completed courses and is able to treat using Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy techniques.
